I found the staff so helpful and friendly. They were always trying their best to assist me. The hotel offered complete facilities. The rooms are EVEN larger than expected!!!
The apartments are not soundproof. I could hear EVERY step. The kitchen was not well stocked. The dining area is small.

the accommodation was immaculate. the swimming pool was great and well kept. it was a short walk to nearby restaurants and bars (about ten minutes).
the shower was not very good. the temperature was difficult to control. it alternated between hot and freezing cold, hard when i had young children.

the superior townhouse provided excellent views and a pleasant garden area. the accommodation was immaculate. the swimming pool was clean and well-kept.
check-in took an extended amount of time due to staffing issues at reception. our apartment was designed for six guests but lacked sufficient amenities upon arrival. coffee and tea were only available for two people which was a slight oversight.
